Toxicity and protection : |
Highly corrosive to skin and mucous membrane; irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Max. concentration allowed is 2.5mg/m3. If contact eyes or body, wash eyes with clean water, and soap for body. If serious, go to the hospital. Respirator, rubber gloves and working clothes should be worn in operation.

Packing and storage : |
In polyvinyl plastic drum with carton outside. Net wt. 1KG/drum. Should be stored in cool and dry place. Closed tight, avoid damage to the package; avoid rain, solarization and moisture.

Properties |
white or colorless crystal.When it is dry, sodium tetrafluoroborate is not corrosive to glass. Relative density (20 ) is 2.47. M.P. is 384 (decomposed); easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohols; decomposed in sulphuric acid. |
